My stay at the hotel was mostly fantastic, with comfy rooms and a great location, although the noise from a bridal party was disruptive. The service was professional and friendly, and the location was convenient for exploring the area. The dining experience was good overall, but there was room for improvement.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was superb, right next to the Mississippi River and within walking distance of many attractions, the rooms were a bit drafty, and the noise from other rooms was noticeable. The service was friendly, but the constant sounds from doors slamming and furniture moving around were a bit disturbing.

The location was the highlight of my stay; overlooking the Mississippi River and close to St Feriole Island, it was truly excellent. I enjoyed the proximity to downtown attractions as well as Effigy Mounds and Pikes Peak State Park.
